CONSTRUCTION

Field QA/QC & Site Observation

        •       Deliver plain-language reporting directly to the client

CLOSEOUT PUNCHLIST

Final Inspection & Closeout Documentation

        •       Conduct independent punchlist walkthroughs at project closeout
        •       Document all incomplete and non-conforming work
        •       Track resolution of outstanding items through completion
        •       Provide clear closeout reporting for the project record

OWNER'S REPRESENTATION 

Full-Phase Project Advocacy

        •       Serve as your dedicated independent advocate from inception through  closeout
        •       Attend design and construction meetings on your behalf
        •       Review submittals and RFIs and monitor schedule and budget performance
        •       Coordinate directly with the design team and general contractor
        •       Provide clear, consistent reporting so you always know where your project stands
